10 miles!
decided to be ambitious with my half marathon training this morning and go for a solid 10. i did it! an hour before i had some gluten-free banana bread pancakes and a handful of almonds (coffee is a given.) they were awesome! (i would have taken a pic of my pancakes, but they kinda looked like poop; however, still delicious!) if you do any high endurance training i highly recommend them.
not only did i survive the run, but i also survived being charged by an angry goose. luckily that was mile 3 and not mile 9…
sold. so making these for breakfast tomorrow!

quick and easy paleo friendly dinner for one!
okay. I admit I was feeling a little lazy after my workout last night, not so much like cooking. BUT that does not mean I will accept eating a lame dinner! in plaeo terms, a lame dinner usually amounts to some form of salad, eggs, random proteins, and/or copious spoonfuls of almond butter. (okay. maybe that’s just me.) so I surveyed the fridge, ending up with this little gem of a dinner!
